PATIENT ARRIVAL POLICY: For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate carrier.

MEDICATION REFILLS: An annual examination is required in order to fill any  prescriptions. If you are not a current client, we are unauthorized to prescribe any medications; please contact our office to schedule an examination.
